“Since I was a young girl, I intuitively knew that I was called to be a part of the healing arts.”

However, there have been numerous detours in my life, soul enriching as well as life-altering obstacles that I needed to overcome before speaking with you right now. BUT, these obstacles afforded me insight and wisdom beyond my credentials helping to transform my calling into compassionate embodiment. After graduating from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Master of Science in clinical nutrition and working in the field as a functional medicine nutritionist, I knew that guiding individuals to reconnect with their wholeness so they can live a WHOLETHY LIFE (Whole Health Living) was absolutely the path I was meant to be on.
I would love for you to join me, be a part of the Wholethy Living Tribe and allow me to pass on the invaluable lessons learned on my personal healing journey so that you can live a life filled with passion, love and vibrancy that radiates out into our world helping to elevate the collective vibe!

Reason Behind the Name.
Wholethy Tribe Wellness originated from my young Goddaughter, Reagan. In saying that, you might be thinking, what does a little girl have to do with adult wellness.
From the moment we are born, we are innately in tune to our bodies hunger and fullness cues. It is our external environment that creates our relationship with food & where habits are born. Reagan’s mommy, my best friend, has created a thriving environment for her that includes restful sleep, healthy food choices, a warm home to let her imagination run wild, lots of giggles, exercise in the form of play and strong relationships with friends and family.
One day, this soulful little girl looked up at her mom and said “I NEED TO EAT MY VEGGIES, SO I CAN BE WHOLETHY.” She, of course, meant to say healthy, but her innate wisdom to be whole at the age of 6 is an inspirational lesson, I thought, we all could absorb and live by. Thus, the name Wholethy Tribe Wellness was born and has since evolved to WHOLETHY LIVING!

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style”
– Maya Angelou

Take-aways from this 3-minute read!
- Habits, depending on complexity, can take 2 months or more to really start feeling like they are becoming second nature. The first few weeks are always the hardest, but keep pushing through bc consistency is vital! Of course, there can be various obstacles along the way to overcome and resolve, but eventually you will make it to YOUR metaphorical mountain peak and beyond. Woohoo!!!! *Mic Drop*
- Strength is born from allowing yourself to be vulnerable and uncomfortable for a period of time. Remember these habits probably weren’t hardwired in your brain overnight and it takes time to rewire new neural pathways. Making this commitment to yourself and understanding the “why” pours the foundation for your internal growth facilitating realignment and building resilience!
- Making small habitual changes can truly create a positive cascading effect throughout your daily life and for those around you! One foot in front of the other … start small for big wins! Don’t forget to celebrate these to reinforce what you’re trying to accomplish!
- Most importantly, be kind to yourself and show yourself grace through this entire process. We are perfectly, imperfect humans ❤️

“Sometimes, we choose not to take the first step bc the mountain in front of us seems way too massive to conquer. . . But, by breaking down the mountain into sections to create smaller goals within that monstrosity will have you proudly standing at the top of YOUR metaphorical mountain peak in no time. It only takes one step forward. Along the way, you might even realize that the mountain isn’t so monstrous or perhaps not so real after all”
