About

Erika smiling at the camera

Since I was a young girl, I knew I had a calling to help people in some capacity. Like you, there have been numerous detours in my life, some soul enriching as well as life-altering obstacles I needed to overcome. Battling Leukemia was the obstacle that helped transform this calling into an outright passion. After graduating from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Master of Science in clinical nutrition and working in the field as a functional medicine nutritionist, I knew that empowering women to live a Wholethy Life was absolutely the path I was meant to be on. I would love for you to be a part of the Wholethy Tribe to increase and strengthen balance to live a more vibrant life!

Let’s do this together ❤️

Co-create a strong community of women that elevates the collective vibe to increase hope, love and whole being wellness for an enlightened future.

Reason Behind the Name.

Wholethy Tribe originated from my young Goddaughter, Reagan. You might be thinking, what does a little girl have to do with wellness in balance for adults. From the moment we are born, we are innately in tune to our bodies hunger and fullness cues. It is our external environment that creates our relationship with food where habits are born. Reagan’s mommy, my best friend, has created a thriving environment for her that includes restful sleep, healthy food choices, a warm home to let her imagination run wild, lots of giggles, exercise in the form of play and strong relationships with friends and family.

One day, this soulful little girl looked up at her mom and said “I need to eat my veggies, so I can be WHOLETHY.” She, of course, meant to say healthy, but her innate wisdom to be whole at the age of 6 is an inspirational lesson, I thought, we all could absorb and live by. Thus, the name Wholethy Tribe was born!

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style”

– Maya Angelou

Need a little encouragement to take the first step or leap into your wellness in balance journey?

I started Wholethy Tribe grounded in the love of helping people realize that a few small changes in their lives can make a huge impact on their health, outlook and overall well being. How do I know this? I’m living proof!

Find out how and take a 3 minute mini break from your day and read on my beautiful friend . . .

Thumbs up. You can do it.

What are the take-aways from this 3-minute read?

  • Habits take about 2 months to really become second nature. The first week is always the hardest, but keep pushing through bc eventually you’re gonna make it to YOUR mountain peak. Booyow!!!! *Mic Drop*
  • Strength is born from making a commitment to yourself and allowing yourself to be vulnerable and uncomfortable for a short period of time to facilitate a platform of growth!
  • Making small habitual changes can truly create a positive cascading effect throughout your daily life and for those around you! One foot in front of the other!
  • Most importantly, be kind to yourself and show yourself grace ❤️

“Sometimes we choose not to take the first step bc the mountain in front of us seems way too massive to conquer. But, by breaking down the mountain into sections, creating smaller goals, within that monstrosity will have you proudly standing at the top of YOUR mountain peak in no time!”
